9/18 The Center for Women with Disabilities at UPMC
On Sept 18th from 5-6: 30 PDT, we will hear from the Center for Women with Disabilities at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. They will share about their aim to provide accessible gynecologic care – such as through the use of wheelchair accommodating scales, universally accessible exam tables and wheelchair accessible mammogram equipment.
10/16 Dr. Avi Golden and Kaitlin Brooks discuss aphasia
On Oct 10th from 5-6:30 PDT, speech language pathologist Kaitlin Brooks will provide education about aphasia. Kaitlin will be joined by Dr. Avi Golden, who will share his personal journey with post-stroke aphasia.
