Mutual Mentorship: A New Paradigm for Career and Social Support

Information will be presented on the transition to the new program which starts March 16th with Dr. Thomas Caruso leading us in discussions around mentorship/mutual mentorship. Through the Department of Graduate Medical Education at Stanford School of Medicine, Dr. Caruso advises residency and fellowship programs on evidence based methods to improve their programs, with a focus on mentorship. Dr. Caruso is a Clinical Professor in the Stanford Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, and has a Master’s Degree in Education for the Health Professional.
