Please join us on Wednesday, April 17^th from 5:00–6:30 PM PDT, for the monthly virtual Disability in Medicine Mutual Mentorship Program Meeting.

What accommodations are available? How do I articulate my accommodations?

For years, members have been asking for a repository of accommodations used in healthcare training and careers. DM3P is applying for a grant to help create just such a resource!  And with your help, this month’s event will both inform future work and generate a community accommodations resource!

Come learn about the paradigm shift in disability support and how accommodations are being understood in terms of task, not diagnosis. And then share your depth of knowledge with the community.

• Accommodations didactic and task description (20 min)
• Breakout room discussion and document generation – half way time will be noted to allow one group change (35 min)
• Groups present to the large group and wrap up discussion/comments (20 min)
