Role

Dr. Sutha serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors, as well as faculty advisor and mentor to the leadership team, providing support on high-level strategy and strategic partnerships.

Motivation

In addition to caring for children with kidney disease as a pediatric nephrologist, Dr. Sutha is himself a two time kidney transplant recipient and former dialysis patient.

Relevant Experience

In addition to his role with DM3P, Dr. Sutha is co-chair of the Stanford Medicine Alliance for Disability Inclusion and Equity. He also serves on the American Society of Nephrology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the National Kidney Foundation Transplant Advisory Committee, LPCH Ethics Committee.

In his free time, Ken enjoys musical theater, singing with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, swimming, and cycling.
