Role

Ameshah serves on the internal communications team and helps compile announcements into the monthly newsletter. She also serves on DM3P’s social media team.

Motivation

Ameshah believes healthcare providers with lived experience bring valuable insights to patient care and would like to continue to support programs that offer guidance for these folks.

Relevant Experience

Ameshah completed her undergraduate degree at the University of San Francisco and worked in clinical research at UCSF’s Cancer Center before starting medical school at Touro University. She is currently also a mentor with MSDCI.

Fun Fact

Outside of medical school, Ameshah enjoys jewelry making, fostering dogs, and visiting SF coffee shops.
